She already has gotten her seller commission - so what's the incentive for helping me find a unit cleaning lady for my investment property or helping me navigate the massive web of cable companies, internet providers, electrical contractors, etc... Its because she cares about her clients and her reputation - and that's what you want too. When I pick up my next ski house in the Berkshires, I would be dumb not to use Mary again.
