Amanda began her real estate career with BDH Real Estate in 2016 as the Transaction Coordinator, managing timelines from Contract to Close on all transactions. Through this experience I learned the many facets and sometimes obscure intricacies of the world of Real Estate. I then sought and obtained my real estate license in 2017 out of a desire to help people achieve their real estate goals and provide information and guidance in this often very emotional and potentially stress-filled business. I received my BS from American International College in 1990, I lived and worked in Berkshire County for many years before moving to Connecticut and then to California where I became VP of Marketing for a Cosmetic Company. I returned to Berkshire County to be closer to Family and now live in Dalton with my husband and son. I am a Cub Scout Den leader and volunteer with the Hospitality Ministry at St. Agnes Church.
Working with Amanda Kmetz was a pleasure! She made what can be a stressful situation (buying a new home) exciting and smooth. She has a lot of knowledge about how everything works, we never felt lost or in the dark. She was always right there to answer any and all of our questions. She gave her professional honest opinion when we needed it. We were lucky to have found her, and will use her in the future for ALL of our real estate needs, and I hope you will too! I cannot recommend her enough. A very real, sincere, down to earth person, friendly, funny. It felt like a friend was helping us with the biggest decision of our lives, and that’s exactly what we were hoping for!
